Feedback from our previous cohort members:

[ECATD] has given me the tools to professionalize my department
The faculty is AMAZING!!! What an awesome group of people in terms of talent, knowledge, willingness to share and meeting everyone where they are. One could easily feel really intimidated and yet I never, ever felt that which is really incredible.
Brilliant, generous, kind, super knowledgeable. I appreciated the range of experience.
Best PD Ever!!!!
