4 Things to Look Out for at ATLIS 2019 Annual Conference

Team Vidigami is excited to return to the annual ATLIS conference. Held this year in Dallas from April 14-17, ATLIS focuses on the independent school technology community, and will bring together more than 500 independent school technology professionals, including more than 30 vendors across 35 states and 3 countries to learn, connect, and share knowledge.

Along with fellow Platinum Sponsors; Veracross and LearnPlatform, Vidigami will participate as Media Management Partner, bringing back its private social platform as ATLIS’s dedicated portal for sharing event highlights, candids, keynotes, and more. As part of the 3-day conference, Vidigami’s roaming photographer will be on-the-go capturing great moments, from keynote speeches, sessions, and networking breaks, to activities and workshops. Photos and videos will be professionally captured and centralized in Vidigami, then made available exclusively to attendees through a personalized feed.

1 – Try Vidigami Up Close

Members invited to the ATLIS-Vidigami portal will have access to both the web and mobile application, where they will be able to:

  • Download professionally captured photos of themselves and their peers for free
  • Upload their own photos captured throughout the event
  • Build personal in-app collections of sessions attended, speeches, workshops and more
  • Tag fellow attendees in photos
  • Like their favorite moments!

2 – Win Prizes!

Top users will also get the chance to win some great prizes through their interactions in the app! To take part, all you will need to do is:

  1. Make sure to download the free Vidigami mobile app for iOS or Android.
  2. Keep an eye out for your Vidigami email invitation the week before the conference. The ATLIS team will send a private email invitation to all attendees with instructions to securely activate your account. You will need this to access all content shared in the ATLIS-Vidigami portal, so make sure to scan your inbox for the invitation!

Vidigami Early Bird Draw: Members who activate the earliest will be entered into an Early Bird Draw to win a featured prize!

Smile for the camera! Get a fantastic photo taken by our roaming photographer in the Foyer/Exhibit Area. The most-liked photos in Vidigami will be entered into the Best Smile Contest, giving you a chance to win another special (and very handy) prize!

3 – Special Offer for ATLIS Member Schools

ATLIS members who sign up with Vidigami during the event or before the end of April will receive a special discount of $850 off your first year with the service. That’s your ATLIS registration fee of $845 covered, plus your first Grande Latte at $4.95!

4 – Join the Monday Session and Vidigami User Forum

Media Literacy recognizes that photos and videos are integral to today’s education. Join Mandy Chan, Founder and President of Vidigami, alongside Lesley Coe, Director of Technology at Cardinal Gibbons High School, who will review data privacy rights and legislation related to photos and videos in education, and how Cardinal Gibbons has effectively incorporated Vidigami into their PhotoJournalism curriculum…to not only showcase the student experience but to engage their entire school community.

Also be on the lookout for the launch of Vidigami’s User Forum, to get the chance to meet the success team, learn valuable tips, and hear from other member schools’ experiences with the service!

Safe travels, and looking forward to meeting with all of our partners, friends, and schools from the Vidigami community!
