Elevating Seasoned and Unseasoned Leaders to Fill the Leadership Gap

If you are a seasoned veteran or an unseasoned newcomer, you are a leader in your school. There is a looming leadership gap, and you might have some gaps in your leadership. This session is all about elevating your leadership and helping you understand how and why you lead. We will discuss and experiment with influential and relational leadership techniques and we will review current research on concepts such as negotiated order theory. Take-aways include an easy to use learning, thinking, working assessment tool and an accountability matrix that you can use immediately. And we expect everyone to have fun!
