ATLIS 2025: Equipped for the Future

Just 5 minutes of your time can help shape ATLIS’s post-pandemic path

Most of our mental bandwidth is dedicated to the immediate fires. There is no time to ask strategic questions. We’re too busy to evaluate our long-term goals. Which is exactly why we MUST do it now.

We’ve taken an unusual approach to gather stakeholder feedback on key strategic questions because we understand that our community is busy, stressed, and being pulled in many directions. So whether you’re running around like a chicken with its head cut off or moving methodically through your slew of meetings and projects, we’ve created flexible ways for you to get involved in shaping ATLIS’s future.

Below you’ll see several blocks of questions we aim to address in our divide-and-conquer approach. We’re offering three opportunities for you to provide feedback depending on your energy, interest, and other time commitments.

Why are we collecting this feedback? The ATLIS Board of Directors is designing a strategic roadmap this fall and they’ll use the community feedback to guide those discussions and decisions.

SPECIAL NOTE: This request for feedback extends far beyond the technology team. We welcome feedback from heads, administrators, business officers, faculty, and anyone in the independent school ecosystem.

The feedback portals outlined above are open through the month of September. We’ll send your reminders throughout the month.
